The responsibilities of the Clinical Director include:

Qualifications
· Must possess and maintain a RN or LPN degree from an accredited School of Nursing
· Experience with a geriatric population preferred
· Previous management experience preferred
Physical or Mental Functions Required to Perform Job:
The Unit Manager (1) must function effectively under timelines and multiple demands; (2) must be able to fully and effectively communicate orally and have the ability to write or type; (3) must be able to read normal print/script and computer generated type; (4) must have the ability to hear effectively; (5) must have full use of at least one arm and hand; (6) must be ambulatory.
Employee recognizes that the Unit Manager is considered a HIGH RISK- CATEGORY 1 for exposure to blood borne pathogens and is provided the opportunity to receive a 3 shot HBV immunizations series if he/she may wish, immediately upon receipt of the job description.
